Expansion is on the Horizon
In attempt to accomplish even greater gains for the Military and Veteran community, we have chosen to broaden our focus to encompass every facet of health care.
We are pleased to announce that the Military Mental Health Project will now be known as the Military Health Project, which is devoted to seeking increased access and improved quality of healthcare for all members of the seven uniformed services, veterans and their families. We will do this by advocating for national, statewide and local solutions to address the unique needs of the veterans and military communities.
In addition to continuing our legislative advocacy, we will also launch a series of service-based programs to provide direct assistance support to veterans, active duty military and their families.
Thank you for your continued support as the new Military Health Project moves into 2015 and beyond with the mental and physical health of active duty service members, veterans, and their families at the heart of our organization and everything that we do.
